Can I Order Swatches?

Absolutely! You can request fabric swatches, free of charge, at any time. If you would like to request  swatches prior to making a purchase, you can simply email us at [email protected] with your shipping  address and a list of the fabrics and colours that you would like to sample. If you would like to add  swatches to an order, please leave a note in the “Comments” section at checkout. Due to a high  volume of orders and requests, we kindly ask that you limit your list to a maximum of 5  swatches.


Do You Have a Physical Storefront?

Yes. We are located in Kitsilano 3625 W. Broadway at Alma. We are open for in-person shopping  during our business hours.


Where Do You ship To?

We currently only ship within Canada


How Much Is Shipping?

We offer shipping estimates based on your order. Simply add items to cart and input your shipping  address in checkout.


Can I Add Or Modify My Order?

If you have recently placed an order, you can add more items by emailing us within 1 business day at [email protected] with your order number. Modifications are managed on a case by case basis.


Can I Cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected]. We begin to process orders shortly after they are placed. Depending on the status of your order, we will try our best to assist with  your request. Once fabric has been cut, orders cannot be cancelled.


How Does My Order Ship?

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Most orders will be trackable and shipped by Expedited Shipping and may be upgraded to Xpresspost Shipping during checkout. Select small items that fits into a flat envelope will be shipped for free by Standard Postage Shipping (no tracking provided).


What Is Your Return Policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If we have made a mistake with your order, or if you have received flawed fabric, please contact us at [email protected]. Visit our policies page for more details.


What If My Package Is Damaged In Transit?

If you have received your order and it has been damaged in transit, please e-mail us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the damage so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.


My Fabric Appears To Have a Defect or Flaw In It, What Should I Do?

We do our best to ensure that our fabric is in excellent condition when preparing orders. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know your order number and details of the flaw so we can resolve the issue. Please note that we will not be able to refund fabric that has been subsequently cut or altered.


What Should I Do If I Was Sent a Different Fabric Than i Ordered, Or My Fabric Is Cut To the Wrong Length?

We do our best to ensure that our orders are packed accurately and cut to the proper measurements. If you’ve received a miscut piece of fabric or an inaccurate order, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the mistake and we will work to resolve the issue.


What If My Package Didn’t Arrive?

If you are concerned that your order is lost in transit, e-mail us at [email protected] with your name and  order number and we will try our best to locate your package. Please note that once a package has left our studio, we have no control and are not responsible in the delivery process.


Is All The Fabric In The Retail Store Available Online?

The selection of items on our online store may differ from the retail store. Most of our new arrival fabrics are available for purchase online. Our retail store usually has a few more varieties of fabric (usually those that we don’t carry a large quantity of). If you have any questions regarding our selection, or if there is a specific fabric that you’re looking for, feel free to e-mail us at [email protected].


How Can I Receive Notifications When New Fabric Is Added To The Store?

You can sign up for our newsletter and/or follow us on social media to be notified of new fabric releases.


What Is Your Minimum Cut Of Fabric?

Our minimum cut is ½ meter. Fabric is ordered by quantities of ½ meter and will be cut in one continuous piece. For example, if you require 2 meters, please select 4 in quantity.


How Can I Be Sure Of An Item’s Colour?

We do our best to ensure that photos of our fabric are true to colour. However, due to variations in computer monitors, fabric colours may appear slightly different across devices. If you are unsure about an item’s colour, you can e-mail us at [email protected] and we will do our best to describe the colour or request fabric swatches, free of charge.
