If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We begin to process orders shortly after they are placed. Depending on the status of your order, we will try our best to assist with your request. Once fabric has been cut, orders cannot be cancelled.
Additions And/Or Modifications To Existing Orders
If you have recently placed an order, you can add more items by emailing us within 1 business day at email@example.com with your order number. Modifications are managed on a case by case basis.
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and the fabric has been cut, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
We do our best to ensure that our fabric is in excellent condition and that orders are packed currectly. If you received an incorrect item or there is a mistake in your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Please note that due to the vast colour variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the colour will be an exact match to what you see online. You can request fabric swatches, FREE of charge, and it is the best way to make sure you are getting the colour and texture you want. If you are in the neighbourhood or happen to stop in the area, you can always drop by our studio and take a look in-person during business hours.
Care instructions are recommended by our distributors or fabric manufacturers. Please follow the care instructions found in the product listing as we do not accept returns for fabric that has been damaged in the washing process or laundered incorrectly.
